Woody is a friendly and loving dog who was rescued from the El Paso kill-shelter in 2016. Now about three years old, Woody is beginning training as a volunteer therapy dog through Therapy Pet Pals of Texas and is the newest member of the OT Connection team! He loves children, attention, hugs, kisses, and treats. When not at work, he can be found chasing squirrels at Zilker Park or swimming in Barton Creek. With his calm, affectionate, and easy-going temperament, Woody hopes to potentially become a certified therapy dog to visit many hospitals, nursing homes, and schools in the greater Austin area to share the joy that only a dog can bring!
