Amy Riesterer has been providing pediatric Occupational Therapy services for almost 30 years in a variety of settings. She has a passion for encouraging children and their families to flourish throughout all of their life stages. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1988 and has been practicing in pediatrics every since. She has worked in the NICU, outpatient pediatric clinics, in schools, and in a home-based setting. She is certified to administer to the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests, has her certification for Neonatal Touch and Massage, has extensive NDT training, and has specialized training in many handwriting approaches including Handwriting Without Tears. She has lived in and practiced in several states. She enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite college and professional football teams, and spending time with her husband of 30 years and their three grown children. She also loves being outdoors and playing with her fur baby Griswold.
