Amanda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. She recently earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Aside from volunteering with children throughout graduate school, Amanda has previous clinical internship experiences in both an outpatient pediatric setting and an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Through these experiences, she has worked with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, and down syndrome. She is passionate about helping children live meaningful lives and furthering her knowledge of the field! In her free time, she enjoys dancing, hiking, reading, and photography.
