Hello, my name is Alexandria Dudley, but everyone calls me Allie. I am from El Paso, TX and I have lived in Austin since 2012. I originally came to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin where I received my Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders and decided to make Austin my home . After graduating, I took some time off from school and worked as a full time nanny. I cared for an infant with a feeding and swallowing disorder and this initiated my drive to go back to school and become a Speech Language Pathologist. I received my Master’s in Communication Disorders from Texas State University in 2019. I have worked in the home health, hospital, school, and now private practice setting. I have treated both children and adults with a variety of disorders. My favorite population to work with is children ages 0-5 years of age. During my studies, I specialized in neurological, voice, and swallowing disorders. I am certified in Guardian way NMES and sEMG Dysphagia Management. I hope to continue to expand my clinical knowledge in feeding and swallowing disorders and early childhood receptive and expressive language disorders. During my free time I enjoy working out and out door activities with my fiance and hanging out with friends.
